14 Musicians into All-County Orchestra
Arundel High School
placed 14 musicians on the 2008-2009 Anne Arundel County “All-County”
Orchestra, following auditions held October 15 at
Northeast
High School in Pasadena.
Senior violinist
Heewon Park and senior cellist Charlotte Hodges
earned All-County honors for the fourth consecutive year.
Senior violinist Brian Brown earned his third selection to the
All-County orchestra, as did junior bass violinist Nathaniel Atnafu.
Sophomore violinists Min Lee and Shane Hill earned their second
All-County selection as well as sophomore cellist Sonya Johnson.
Seven Arundel musicians earned their first All-County Orchestra
selection. Those seven are
junior trombonist Chris Greco, sophomore violist Carly Crumback,
freshman violinists Erin Dickenson, Kara Hancock and Joon Lee; and
freshman violists Bre’Auna Frazier and Olivia Ryan.
