2010 Schedule for Concession Stand Service

Mark your calendars and plan to support the program with our biggest fundraiser of the year with the Bowie Baysox baseball team. We receive a percentage of the proceeds for working the 3rd base concession stand at selected games. In addition, each time a student, parent, family member or friend volunteer the student will receive $10 for each worker towards their participation fees.
Very important - Uniform policy requires all volunteers must wear solid black or solid navy pants or shorts. This means no logos, letters, numbers, designs, racing stripes, etc. Wear shoes or sneakers (no sandals, heels or open-toed footwear).
* Absolutely NO jeans or jean shorts of any type or style *
All volunteers not in compliance with the uniform policy will be prohibited from participating with the group. A deduction of earnings may result for the group, if the group should become understaffed.
AIMA will provide Band T-shirts to be used while working and then returned that night.
AIMA thanks all members for their support with this effort which is generally our best fundraising project. It really is a lot of fun working together and we get to see fireworks most nights.
